I got an email bak saying I would get a credit since it has been 30 days since purchase. Wondering if your purchase was over 30 days. I'm not in a tippr area so I would probably rarely get an opportunity to cash in a credit :/
ReplyDeleteSorry so long to respond! Yes, my purchase had been way over 30 days. I sent them a kind but firm reply telling them that credit was not acceptable, and for the same reason as you. They very quickly replied that they would credit my bank account, which they did!
