To get in line for your refund or credit, email Tippr at support@tippr.com. Don't make the mistake I did, of spelling tippr wrong (with an 'e'). Anyway, they immediately sent back an acknowledgement of my email and a "request ticket number," with a link I can follow to see how my case is progressing. Their phone number is 1-866-347-0752, but the recording directs Tippr customers to send an email for help. Anyone else going through this?
